- 1Who we areShipLoop is a developer tool that turns TestFlight feedback and crashes into task cards, opens a pull request for each fix, and lets you test the resulting build on your phone.
- 2What we collectWhen you sign in with GitHub or Sign in with Apple we store your account email and display name, a workspace, and the App Store Connect / GitHub metadata you connect. The iOS app may also store an APNs device token so we can later notify you when a card is waiting to test. TestFlight comments, crash metadata, and screenshots you already sent to Apple are pulled through the App Store Connect API you authorize.
- 3How we use itWe use this data only to run the ShipLoop loop: create cards, open branches and PRs, attach TestFlight builds, and show them in the web and iOS apps. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
- 4SharingWe share data with the providers you connect (GitHub, App Store Connect, Apple Push Notification service) and with our infrastructure hosts (currently Supabase and Vercel). We do not share data with ad networks.
- 5Retention and deletionYou can sign out at any time. You can delete your account from Settings in the iOS app or by emailing support. Deleting an account removes the workspace, connected credentials, tasks, and the Auth user. Device tokens are removed with the user row.
- 6ChildrenShipLoop is a developer tool and is not directed at children under 13.
Security controls for App Store Connect keys are on /security. To delete an account from the web, contact us.
